Terms of use
1. The service
Naughty Plans is an iPhone app that lets two adults in a couple plan intimate moments together: rhythm, choice of a place, a mood and a time of day, reminders, history and couple statistics. It is published by Alexandre Colot, Rue de l'église 5, 1121 Bremblens, Switzerland, an individual.
2. Age and consent
The app is for people aged 18 and over. It is meant for two consenting adults: each of them remains free, at any time, not to follow up on a planned moment, to skip it or to leave the app. A choice made in the app is never a commitment.
3. Your account
You create your account with Sign in with Apple or a code received by email. You are responsible for the information you provide and for the use of your iPhone; you can protect the app with Face ID in the settings. An account belongs to a single person and to a single couple at a time.
4. The couple
A couple brings together exactly two people: the one who creates it and the one who accepts the invitation. Both partners have the same rights over the rhythm, the lists and the shared moments. If one of them deletes their account, all of the couple's data is deleted (moments, photos, lists, rhythm); the other partner keeps their account and can form a new couple.
5. Your content
The comments, desired positions and photos you add are visible only to your partner. You agree to post only lawful content that you have the right to share, and never to share someone's image without their consent. You remain the owner of your content; you only allow us to store it and show it to your partner to run the service.
6. Acceptable use
It is forbidden to use the app for illegal purposes, to harass or pressure anyone, or to try to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
7. Availability and price
We do our best to keep the service running continuously, without being able to guarantee it. Reminders and notifications also depend on your iPhone, your connection and Apple's services. The app is currently free; if a paid offer is ever introduced, its terms will be shown to you before any purchase.
8. Liability
The app is provided as is. The publisher is liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for slight negligence and for indirect damage, for example a reminder that was not received or a temporary unavailability of the service. Mandatory consumer rights, in particular those of their country of residence, remain reserved.
9. Ending use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete my account. We may suspend an account that does not comply with these terms, after informing you by email, except in urgent cases.
10. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes and governing law
We will let you know in the app about any significant change to these terms. These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the publisher's domicile, Bremblens, canton of Vaud, subject to the mandatory rules that allow consumers to go to the courts of their country of residence and benefit from its protection.
